Description

The Solinteg MHT-4–12K-25 series is a family of three-phase hybrid inverters designed for residential and small commercial solar PV systems. The product family is available in 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12 kW versions, making it suitable for a variety of system requirements.

The inverters can be used with high-voltage lithium-ion batteries. The battery-side voltage range is 135–750 V, with a maximum charge and discharge current of 25 A. The charge and discharge power are adapted to the nominal power of the specific model, allowing both smaller and larger systems to be scaled appropriately.

On the solar side, 2 MPP trackers help manage production, with a maximum input current of 15 A per MPPT. The series supports 160% DC-side oversizing, which allows for connecting a larger solar panel array compared to the inverter's nominal AC power. The 110% asymmetrical output is particularly useful for three-phase systems, as it can help in providing a more balanced and precise supply to household consumption.

In the event of a power outage, the backup output can be used to supply a separate consumer circuit. The switchover time is less than 10 ms, allowing designated loads to receive backup power within a short period. The peak load capacity is 9 kVA for 10 seconds for 4–6 kW models, while for 8–12 kW versions it is 18 kVA.

The series has a maximum efficiency of 98.1–98.2% and a European efficiency of 97.3–97.4%. The IP65 rated enclosure, natural convection cooling, and noise level below 25 dB allow for both outdoor and indoor installation, provided the appropriate installation guidelines are followed.

Key features in brief:

  • Three-phase hybrid inverters in the 4–12 kW power range
  • 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12 kW model versions
  • Support for high-voltage lithium-ion batteries
  • Battery voltage range: 135–750 V
  • Maximum charge and discharge current: 25 A
  • 2 MPP trackers
  • Maximum input current per MPPT: 15 A
  • Support for 160% DC-side oversizing
  • 110% asymmetrical output for three-phase systems
  • Backup output with less than 10 ms switchover time
  • Peak load capacity: 9 or 18 kVA for 10 seconds, depending on the model
  • Maximum efficiency: 98.1–98.2%
  • IP65 protection, natural cooling, noise level below 25 dB

The Solinteg MHT-4–12K-25 series is suitable for three-phase solar PV systems where the inverter needs to manage not only production but also battery energy storage, asymmetrical consumption management, and backup power supply.
