The GoodWe HCA G2 series of wired AC electric car chargers can be used for home and small business charging points. The series is available in 7, 11, and 22 kW power variants, for single-phase and three-phase grid configurations.

The GW7K-HCA-20 operates on a single-phase, 230 V network with a nominal current of 32 A. The GW11K-HCA-20 is a three-phase, 400 V version with 11 kW of power and a nominal current of 16 A. The GW22K-HCA-20 is also a three-phase, 400 V version, with 22 kW of power and a nominal current of 32 A.

The chargers are equipped with a 7.5-meter fixed Type 2 charging cable. Charging can be initiated via an application, with an RFID card, or automatically. Communication is available via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, RS485, and LAN connections.

The HCA G2 series supports multiple charging modes. Features include fast charging, PV Priority, PV + BATT-based charging, scheduled charging, and dynamic load balancing. In a GoodWe inverter system, these functions can be used to coordinate solar production, battery storage, and car charging.

The enclosure has IP66 protection, and the Type 2 charging connector is rated IP55. The chargers operate with natural cooling, with a noise level below 20 dB. Built-in protection features include AC 30 mA + DC 6 mA residual current protection, overcurrent, overvoltage, overheat, and earth fault protection, Type III AC surge protection, and emergency stop.
