NORMAL PACKAGE DELIVERY
Your orders can arrive to you quickly and easily! For standard packages, the shipping fee is as follows:
- Orders worth 0 – 99,999 HUF : Shipping fee 2,990 HUF
- Over 100,000 HUF : Free shipping
The weight and size of products in the standard package category allow our reliable logistics partner to ensure fast and safe delivery.

DELIVERY OF SOLAR PANEL
We transport solar panels with extreme care to ensure their integrity and undamaged condition. Due to the size and fragility of the panels, they require special handling, and we only transport them using our own vehicles, under the following conditions:
Shipping fees:
1-9 solar panels: 30,000 HUF
From 10 solar panels: Free delivery
With our own transportation, we guarantee that the solar panels arrive in good conditions, avoiding any possible damage.

BATTERY DELIVERY
LiFePo4 (iron phosphate) batteries require special handling when transported as they are classified as hazardous materials. They are only shipped by our authorized logistics partner under the following conditions:
Shipping fee: 20,000 HUF (gross)
Special transport ensures that batteries are delivered in accordance with regulations and safely, avoiding damage and risks.

DELIVERY BY OUR LOGISTICS PARTNERS
Your order will be delivered to you by our logistics partners, Magyar Posta Logisztika (MPL) or GLS courier service. For each order, we choose the most appropriate shipping method to ensure that your products arrive quickly and safely.
For certain products, such as larger items or items that require special handling, we provide a different shipping method instead of courier service to guarantee safe delivery.

PERSONAL PICK-UP AT OUR LOCATION
You can also pick up your order in person at our location, at a pre-arranged time.
It is important to note that our warehouse is temporarily unavailable , therefore orders will be delivered to our location for pickup by prior arrangement.
Please note that our location is not a warehouse, so collection is only possible after prior contact and appointment. During the appointment, we will ensure that your order arrives on time and you can conveniently collect everything.

We can only accept complaints regarding the contents of the package if the damage or deficiency is recorded on the delivery note, in the presence of the courier or the store. If you have done this and received the package, please contact our customer service and send us the order ID and the article number of the damaged/deficient product. In order to speed up the process, we recommend that you do not receive the damaged package, so that our colleagues can quickly take action regarding the replacement based on the protocol.

Bank transfer in advance:
You can pay the order amount by bank transfer in advance. The transfer details are included in the official payment request, which our employee will send you after placing your order. We will only start shipping after payment has been received.
Cash on delivery:
It is possible to pay by cash on delivery up to HUF 500,000, with an additional cost of HUF 2,990.
⚠ Important: We currently do not offer credit card payment. Cash on delivery always incurs an additional cost of HUF 2,990.

Delivery time is usually 3-7 business days, but delays may occur, for example if the product is not available in stock or if there are supplier issues. The courier company may also be delayed, which unfortunately we cannot influence.
