Shipping Conditions

Deliveries for orders placed in the energiamegujitas.hu webshop are carried out by reliable logistics partners or our own delivery service throughout Hungary.

Our goal is for all ordered products to reach you quickly, safely, and undamaged.

Smaller products (e.g., installation materials, accessories, communication modules) are delivered by courier service.

Delivery fee: HUF 3,790 (gross)

Our logistics partners provide fast and reliable service, so your packages arrive quickly and securely packaged.

For larger products that can still be delivered by courier service (e.g., indoor units, larger accessories), the shipping cost is:

Shipping fee: 6,490 HUF (gross)

The shipping fee will be automatically calculated during the order process based on the package size and weight.

Delivery of heat pumps is always free of charge.

We ensure safe delivery through our own shipping or via our reliable logistics partner, taking care of the integrity and proper handling of the units.

The size and handling of solar panels, battery modules, battery sets, and mounting rails require special transportation.

For these products, delivery is based on an individual quotation.

After placing your order, our colleagues will contact you to discuss the shipping cost and expected delivery time.

Personal collection is also available, by prior arrangement.

Please note that our premises do not function as a warehouse, so collection is only possible after prior arrangement.

During the arrangement process, we will ensure that your order arrives in time, and you can collect the product conveniently, without queuing.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the receipt and unloading of goods at the place of delivery.

The driver or courier is not obliged to take the goods into the building, garage or warehouse.

Please always provide an accurate delivery address and an accessible telephone number.

Please always check the integrity and quantity of the products upon receipt.

In case of damage, shortage, or irregularity, immediately notify the courier and request a report to be made about the issue.

We can accept complaints in writing, no later than 15 days.

Signing the delivery note signifies acceptance of the product's undamaged and complete condition.

The cost of return is borne by the buyer in all cases.

Energiakapitány Kft. does not undertake to pre-finance or reimburse the cost of return delivery.

If required, we can assist in organizing the return delivery, but the associated costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

For corporate customers:
In the case of the return of a delivered and invoiced, non-defective product, a 15% handling fee will be charged. Returns are always subject to prior agreement and individual assessment.
