Payment and shipping

Payment
The order total can be paid by bank transfer in advance, in HUF or EUR. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to HUF 500,000, with a handling fee of HUF 4,990. For orders over HUF 500,000, only bank transfer in advance is possible. The proforma invoice will be sent via email and will contain the necessary bank transfer details.

Shipping
We deliver orders throughout Hungary with the help of our reliable logistics partners or our own transport. Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement. Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and type of the ordered product:

  • Small package: HUF 3,790
  • Large package: HUF 6,490
  • Heat pump: free shipping
  • Solar panel and battery: individual shipping fee (based on size, weight, and quantity)

Description

The SolaX X3-NEO-LV series of three-phase hybrid inverters are available with power ratings of 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, and 20 kW. The devices are designed for low-voltage battery-based solar systems.

The inverters can be used with LFP lithium iron phosphate batteries between 40–60 V, as well as compatible lead-acid batteries. The maximum charge and discharge current is 125–350 A, depending on the model.

The two MPPT trackers allow for handling solar panel arrays with different orientations. The PV side power can be oversized up to 200% of the inverter's rated power. The maximum PV input voltage is 1000 V.

In case of a power outage, the EPS output switches over in less than 3 ms. In off-grid mode, the inverter can provide twice its rated power for 10 seconds. In grid-tied and off-grid systems, up to three inverters can be connected in parallel.

The IP65-rated devices feature AC and DC side Type II surge protection, residual current detection, and overheating protection. AFCI arc fault protection is optionally available.
