Payment and shipping

Payment
The order total can be paid by bank transfer in advance, in HUF or EUR. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to HUF 500,000, with a handling fee of HUF 4,990. For orders over HUF 500,000, only bank transfer in advance is possible. The proforma invoice will be sent via email and will contain the necessary bank transfer details.

Shipping
We deliver orders throughout Hungary with the help of our reliable logistics partners or our own transport. Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement. Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and type of the ordered product:

  • Small package: HUF 3,790
  • Large package: HUF 6,490
  • Heat pump: free shipping
  • Solar panel and battery: individual shipping fee (based on size, weight, and quantity)

The Panasonic printed circuit board (CONTROL BOX) is an optional accessory designed for all Aquarea heat pump M generation units. This accessory enables extended control functions that improve system efficiency and flexibility.

With the CONTROL BOX accessory, the following can be achieved:

  • Control of two mixed heating circuits (additional circulation pump and mixing valve required).
  • Control of a solar thermal system.
  • Power control (0–10 V input option).
  • External heating/cooling switching option.
  • Smart Grid inputs (SG Ready).
  • Compressor shutdown (e.g., if required by the energy provider).
