Payment and shipping

Payment
The order total can be paid by bank transfer in advance, in HUF or EUR. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to HUF 500,000, with a handling fee of HUF 4,990. For orders over HUF 500,000, only bank transfer in advance is possible. The proforma invoice will be sent via email and will contain the necessary bank transfer details.

Shipping
We deliver orders throughout Hungary with the help of our reliable logistics partners or our own transport. Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement. Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and type of the ordered product:

  • Small package: HUF 3,790
  • Large package: HUF 6,490
  • Heat pump: free shipping
  • Solar panel and battery: individual shipping fee (based on size, weight, and quantity)

Description

The Panasonic Control Box is the central control unit for M-series air-to-water heat pumps, providing the control and connection functions necessary for the system's operation.
It is a mandatory accessory for controlling M-generation heat pumps, unless a CZ-RTW2 or CZ-RTW2TAW1C control panel is used.

The Control Box functions not only as a user interface but also as a complete system control unit, providing direct electrical and signal connections for, among others:

  • circulating pumps,
  • mixing valves (2- and 3-way),
  • buffer tank and domestic hot water (DHW) sensors,
  • external thermostats,
  • zone control (single or dual-circuit heating systems),
  • auxiliary heating elements,
  • external control and safety signals (e.g., SG-ready, boiler connection).

The Control Box enables the creation of more complex hydraulic systems, such as:

  • multiple heating circuits (underfloor heating + radiators),
  • systems with buffer tanks,
  • DHW production,
  • bivalent (boiler) assistance,
  • pool or solar system integration.

Compared to a simple wall controller, the advantage of the Control Box is that it not only manages settings but also actively controls and monitors the entire heat pump system, including the operation of sensors, pumps, and valves.
The control panel (e.g., CZ-RTW2) connects to it and serves as the user interface, while the actual control logic takes place in the Control Box.
