The order total can be paid by bank transfer in advance, in HUF or EUR. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to HUF 500,000, with a handling fee of HUF 4,990. For orders over HUF 500,000, only bank transfer in advance is possible. The proforma invoice will be sent via email and will contain the necessary bank transfer details.
Shipping
We deliver orders throughout Hungary with the help of our reliable logistics partners or our own transport. Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement. Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and type of the ordered product:
- Small package: HUF 3,790
- Large package: HUF 6,490
- Heat pump: free shipping
- Solar panel and battery: individual shipping fee (based on size, weight, and quantity)

Energy efficiency and fast heating
The EKHWS-D3V3 model's high-performance thermal insulation reduces heat loss, resulting in energy savings. With the intelligent heating system, the water temperature can reach 50°C from 10°C in just 60 minutes, ensuring you always have the necessary amount of hot water available.
Safety and hygiene
To prevent the proliferation of bacteria, the system periodically heats the water up to 60°C. This feature contributes to a safe and clean water supply, so you and your family can always enjoy hot water in hygienic conditions.
