Payment
The order total can be paid by bank transfer in advance, in HUF or EUR. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to HUF 500,000, with a handling fee of HUF 4,990. For orders over HUF 500,000, only bank transfer in advance is possible. The proforma invoice will be sent via email and will contain the necessary bank transfer details.
Shipping
We deliver orders throughout Hungary with the help of our reliable logistics partners or our own transport. Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement. Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and type of the ordered product:

- Large package: HUF 6,490

The Clivet SWAN-2 heat pump domestic hot water storage tank is an all-electric, energy-efficient solution that reliably provides domestic hot water throughout the year. The unit operates with a built-in monobloc heat pump, converting ambient air thermal energy directly into hot water. The SWAN-2 series is available in 190 and 300-liter capacities, as well as standard (SWAN-2 190 / 300) and solar-compatible (SWAN-2 190S / 300S) versions, the latter of which can be supplemented with a solar collector system through ELFOSun integration.
