The order total can be paid by bank transfer in advance, in HUF or EUR. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to HUF 500,000, with a handling fee of HUF 4,990. For orders over HUF 500,000, only bank transfer in advance is possible. The proforma invoice will be sent via email and will contain the necessary bank transfer details.
Shipping
We deliver orders throughout Hungary with the help of our reliable logistics partners or our own transport. Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement. Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and type of the ordered product:
- Small package: HUF 3,790
- Large package: HUF 6,490
- Heat pump: free shipping
- Solar panel and battery: individual shipping fee (based on size, weight, and quantity)

Description
The Panasonic CZ-RTW2 controller for M-series heat pumps is the control unit required for operating Panasonic M-generation heat pumps.
The control panel can be relocated, allowing it to operate in a different room. By connecting an additional CZ-RTW2 panel, the heat pump can be controlled from two different points. User settings are accessible on both controllers, while installer (service) settings can only be modified on a single control panel.
This controller does not have Wi-Fi connectivity, so remote access via the internet is not possible. However, a controller variant with a built-in Wi-Fi module is available for Panasonic M-generation heat pumps, enabling remote control of the system.
