Payment and shipping

Payment
The order total can be paid by bank transfer in advance, in HUF or EUR. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to HUF 500,000, with a handling fee of HUF 4,990. For orders over HUF 500,000, only bank transfer in advance is possible. The proforma invoice will be sent via email and will contain the necessary bank transfer details.

Shipping
We deliver orders throughout Hungary with the help of our reliable logistics partners or our own transport. Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement. Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and type of the ordered product:

  • Small package: HUF 3,790
  • Large package: HUF 6,490
  • Heat pump: free shipping
  • Solar panel and battery: individual shipping fee (based on size, weight, and quantity)

Description

The Deye SUN-EVSE11K01-EU-AC is an 11 kW, three-phase AC electric vehicle charger. It operates on a 230/400 V grid with a maximum charging current of 16 A per phase.

Vehicle connection is provided by a 4.2-meter long, fixed charging cable. Charging can be initiated by direct connection, after identification, or at a preset time.

The device communicates via LoRa, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. When integrated with a compatible Deye hybrid inverter, it can also be used as part of an energy management system, enabling timed charging or charging adjusted to solar energy availability.

Built-in protection functions include protection against overload, overheating, short circuit, over- and undervoltage, ground fault, and leakage current. Its IP66 rating allows for both indoor and appropriate outdoor installation.
