Payment and shipping

Payment
The order total can be paid by bank transfer in advance, in HUF or EUR. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to HUF 500,000, with a handling fee of HUF 4,990. For orders over HUF 500,000, only bank transfer in advance is possible. The proforma invoice will be sent via email and will contain the necessary bank transfer details.

Shipping
We deliver orders throughout Hungary with the help of our reliable logistics partners or our own transport. Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement. Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and type of the ordered product:

  • Small package: HUF 3,790
  • Large package: HUF 6,490
  • Heat pump: free shipping
  • Solar panel and battery: individual shipping fee (based on size, weight, and quantity)

Description

The FoxESS A Series AC EV charger family can be used for electric car charging at home and in smaller businesses. The series is available in 11 kW and 22 kW three-phase versions, with cabled and cable-free, Type 2 socket designs.

The 11 kW model operates with a maximum output current of 16 A on a 400 V three-phase network. The 22 kW version has a maximum output current of 32 A. The cabled version has a fixed Type 2 charging cable, while the socket version can be used with a separately connected Type 2 charging cable.

Charging can be initiated with Plug & Charge mode, an RFID card, or via an app. The device supports timed charging, dynamic load balancing, and cooperation with solar power systems.

Communication is available via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, optional 4G, and LAN connection. The charger is OCPP 1.6 or OCPP 2.0.1 compatible, so it can be integrated into external charging management in a suitable system environment.

The casing has IP55 protection and IK08 impact resistance. The built-in protection provides functions against overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, and ground fault.
